There is NO pick-up or delivery charge.

No! We do not have a minimum charge.

You can pay by Pay Pal, Cash, Money Order or Gift Certificate.

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through PayPal.

I missed my pick-up or delivery day. Is there a missed pick-up or delivery fee?2019-03-19T07:00:58-06:00

We’ve put in place email and text reminders to make sure you don’t forget. However, if you do forget to leave your laundry out for pick -up or are not at the location designated for delivery, we will try a second time but the third time we will charge a $15.00 for missed pick-up or delivery charge.

Contact Customer Service by calling (970) 515-7885 or by emailing Support@EssentialGreenLaundryService.com two hours prior to pick-up so we can rearrange another convenient time.

Will you pick-up and deliver at my work place as well as my home?2019-03-19T06:59:17-06:00

Yes, we will pick-up and deliver where you designate it to be.

What if I’m not home when you pick-up and deliver?2019-03-19T06:58:45-06:00

Not a problem. Just leave the laundry somewhere we can access it and then log into your account and edit your Pick—up/Delivery instructions. Many customers like to leave their laundry at their back door or on front porch if they are not home. Please select a location that is protected from the elements if possible.

It’s raining outside and I’m afraid my clean laundry will get wet. What should I do?2019-03-19T06:57:38-06:00

Because your laundry items are important, please call (970) 515-7885 and we will arrange a time that you will be home for delivery.

What is the turnaround time?2019-03-19T06:57:02-06:00

You can expect your laundry to be returned the next day after we pick it up. However, at busy times, expect a 2-day turnover.

Will my clothes be washed and dried with another people’s clothing?2019-03-19T06:54:40-06:00

No. We wash and dry each customer’s laundry individually in separate machines.

I would like my laundry washed, dried, and folded a specific way. Is that possible?2019-03-19T06:54:01-06:00

Absolutely, you have full control over how your laundry is done. You choose the water temperature, drying temperature, whether you like natural fabric softener and how you would like your clothes folded.

Can I choose the detergent for my laundry?2019-03-19T06:53:23-06:00

Yes, you may, however because of what we stand for, we use 100% plant-based products with 100% essential oils and botanical ingredients for scents with no additional charge.

Can I get my clothes air dried?2019-03-19T06:52:45-06:00

Yes, but it may take a little longer to dry which will determine the delivery time.

Yes, we do. Please place all stained clothing in a separate bag and let us know by leaving a note in your bag or in your laundry profile and we’ll do our best to get it out. While we are usually successful on removing stains, we can not guarantee a complete success. Always remember it will increase the odds if you pre-treat the stain prior our pick-up.

Does Essential Green Laundry Service do tailoring or dry cleaning?2019-03-19T06:50:29-06:00

No, we do not, however, we will be glad to deliver your articles to a tailor or a dry cleaner for an additional $5.
