Essential Green Laundry Service, LLC services are subject to the terms and conditions below. Your use of Essential Green Laundry Service, LLC services indicate your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein. Please read the following provisions carefully.
Here at Essential Green Laundry Service, LLC (herein this document is shown as EGLS, LLC) we make it the goal to give customers simple and outstanding pick-up and delivery laundry service and offer quality and convenience at an affordable price. EGLS, LLC strive to give garments the care they deserve. EGLS, LLC uses the most modern equipment and products available to process and clean clothes with the utmost care and quality. However, due to problems that can arise from normal wear and tear, EGLS, LLC cannot assume the responsibility if inferior articles of clothing are damaged during laundering of clothing items.
Acceptance of Terms and Services
By opening an account and using the services provided by EGLS, LLC you signify that you accept the terms and services set forth. These terms and services are subject to change, it is the responsibility for you as customer to stay up to date with the changes and to review these terms prior to the payment of any services.
If you are not satisfied with the services, if any items are missing or damaged, you are responsible to report a claim by contacting us atSupport@EssentialGreenLaundryService.com. The claim must be filed within 24 hours after you have received the clothes back. After the 24 hours, there will be no refunds given and you will not be permitted to file a claim. If you wish to report any claim, you must provide a specific description of that piece of clothing. It will be your responsibility to report the specific type of garment, the specific brand, the specific color, and the specific size. While EGLS, LLC will do it’s best to investigate these claims, EGLS, LLC will take no responsibility to these claims involving missing or stolen garments. It is the customers responsibility to keep track of the clothes they provide us with cleaning. EGLS, LLC does it’s best to carefully inspect each piece of clothing in order to prevent these mishaps. It will ultimately be your responsibility to identify the items you provide.
EGLS, LLC reserves the right to donate any clothes that have not been claimed. EGLS, LLC will donate any clothes that remain undeliverable after thirty (30) calendar days from the pick-up date.
PICK-UP & DELIVERY
Pick-up and delivery schedule will be at EGLS, LLC top priority. EGLS, LLC will try to honor the times that you have specified for the pick-up and delivery, however, there may be service delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, traffic, road emergencies, accidents, and road blocks, as well as other problems that are not within EGLS, LLC’s control. EGLS, LLC will do it’s best to inform you prior via e-mail or phone if there will be any delays. EGLS, LLC will pick-up and deliver to homes, apartments, place of work, and any other acceptable location. If a customer decides to have laundry pick-up and or delivered in an unsecured location, it will be at the customers own risk and under the customers care until laundry is picked up and after laundry is dropped off. Essential Green Laundry Service, LLC is not responsible for, and shall not pay for any loss, damage or theft of items left unattended by the customer for pick up or delivery. EGLS, LLC also take every means in order to offer you secure service to your pick-up and drop-off locations. EGLS, LLC will not deliver or pick-up if circumstances arise that prevent any secure delivery or pick-up. Pick-ups and deliveries will be between 7 A.M. and 6 P.M. on a scheduled day. The time of pick-up may vary. You will be able to choose from (3) time slots between the hours of operation: 7 A.M. to 12 P.M. (Morning), 12 P.M. to 3 P.M. (Afternoon), and 3 P.M. to 6 P.M. (Evening). If you choose a time for pick-up and delivery and you are not present at the time of pick-up or delivery then you must immediately notify EGLS, LLC at Support@EssentialGreenLaundryService.com or by calling us at (970) 515-7885. Please be advised that if you do not notify us and we are unable to reach you at the time of pick-up then you will incur a $15 charge for missed pick-up. Further, if you are not present at the time you have chosen for a delivery back, we will come back once. After the second attempt to delivery your clothes back to you and we are still unable to reach you, then you will incur a $15 charge for missed delivery and must contact us and choose another time to have the clothes returned to you. Any Pro-Rated Wash & Fold plan will also be charged for missed pick-ups. The charges may vary depending on location and day. $15 will be automatically billed for any repeated missed pick-up if you fail to notify EGLS, LLC from coming. This will cover EGLS, LLC expenses for anytime pick-ups.
Understand that EGLS, LLC will be on a very busy delivery schedule, and EGLS, LLC’s routes are time constrained. EGLS, LLC must make up for the operational costs of gas and time if you do not notify EGLS, LLC prior to your pick-up or delivery. If your pick-up or delivery times change, please notify EGLS, LLC at least two (2) hours prior to the scheduled pick-up or delivery, for us to better suit your convenience. EGLS, LLC is closed on certain holidays.
Interior Access to Property for Delivery Hold Harmless/Indemnification: If access to the customer’s property for delivery of clothing and other specialty items is allowed; customers hereby waives any and all claims against EGLS, LLC and its agents and employees for damage to or loss of use of property that arise as a result of customer allowing access to its or other’s property for the purpose of delivery. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless EGLS, LLC and its agents and employees for any bodily or personal injuries arising from customer allowing access to its property to EGLS, LLC.
SERVICES & PAYMENT
EGLS, LLC reserves the right to change the prices at any time. EGLS, LLC offers wash & fold clothing services; a Wash & Fold (WDF) laundry service charged at a per-pound rate. All accounts will have the option to pay by credit or debit card, PayPal, cash, bank check, money orders or gift certificates on delivery. For the Wash & Fold laundry service, bags will be weighed before cleaning. Price for Wash & Fold is based on exact weights (pounds). EGLS, LLC can only determine the exact weight (pounds) of your bag(s) and consequently the total price of your order only after we pick up and weigh your items on our scale at our location. Your clothes are washed, dried and folded separately from other customers. EGLS, LLC is not responsible for any lost items. Please empty all pockets, EGLS, LLC is not responsible for items you leave in the pockets that may get damaged or damage other items during the washing process. EGLS, LLC reserve the right to automatically bill you for the laundry service.
EGLS, LLC takes pride in its services and have most items ready to be delivered in one to two business days. Items waiting to be delivered for Wash & Fold times may vary depending on what day and time of day they are picked up. Wash & Fold picked up any time before 6 P.M., regardless of the day, is anticipated to be ready in two business days after 12 P.M. If EGLS, LLC is unable to collect payment, EGLS, LLC reserves the right to withhold delivery until such time as payment is made for all services performed.

EGLS, LLC will individually inspect each garment before laundry service. Prior to service, if EGLS, LLC finds any damages to your garment, EGLS, LLC will automatically contact you, and wait for your approval to start servicing that piece. If there are no pre-existing damages to your garments, EGLS, LLC will automatically begin servicing them. If you choose to service the damaged garment, EGLS, LLC had previously questioned you with, EGLS, LLC will accept no claims to additional damages to that specified garment. In addition to this, any garment deliberately torn or damaged by the customer or manufacturer, such as torn denim, will never be accepted in a claim. Keep in mind that EGLS, LLC will always look at the tag of the garment for the manufacturers specified cleaning instructions. EGLS, LLC will always individually inspect clothes for Dry Cleaning, however, EGLS, LLC will not be responsible if you include a Dry Clean Only garment in the Wash & Fold laundry service. It will be your responsibility as the customer to notify us prior to service, that you have included such item in the Wash & Fold laundry service pile.
The customer agrees not to include any of the following items inside their laundry bag (1) non-washable items, (2) items that are labeled “For Dry-Clean Only”, (3) items that have been exposed to bed bugs, (4) items that have been exposed to or have come into contact with bio hazardous materials including, without limitation: feces, urine, blood, mold, mildew, lice and other bugs, irrespective of whether such contact or exposure resulted in visible; (5) any other items not meant for laundering. Customer acknowledges that items that have been air-dried (per customer request or EGLS, LLC’s determination for best garment care) may be damp upon delivery. Although EGLS, LLC uses its best efforts to remove stains, stain removal is not guaranteed. EGLS, LLC may refuse to clean any garment at their sole discretion. Items that are deemed not properly cleaned, will be re-cleaned at EGLS, LLC’s sole discretion at no addition laundry cost. Zippers behave unpredictably while cleaning. Although zippers generally are not an issue, the customer is notified of zipper issues, zipper damage or damage to other items resulting from the zipper in the cleaning process. EGLS, LLC does not accept any liability for such issues or damage.
POLICY FOR WASH DRY & FOLD LAUNDRY SERVICE
Prices of $1.49 per lb. for returning customers constitute weekly wash & fold service.
In the event an article of clothing is damaged during this laundry service, EGLS, LLC will only honor a maximum of $50 per claim. In addition to this, EGLS, LLC will not honor any claim of a single item that is greater than $25. There will only be a claim reimbursement of a maximum of $25 per item, and a maximum of $50 per claim. There will only be one Wash & Fold laundry service claim allowed per order. EGLS, LLC’s Wash & Fold service typically uses warm water to wash and medium heat to dry. You as the customer can change your preferences with the other options that is offered. EGLS, LLC will not honor any claims of shrinking, color fading, or color blending. This is a natural occurrence from the laundry process and clothes damaged from this process will not be considered in any way the responsibility of EGLS, LLC. It is your responsibility as a customer to know of this natural occurring process during the use of our Wash & Fold service.
POLICY FOR DRY CLEANING
When items are handed over to EGLS, LLC these said items are handled with the utmost care. Our cleaning staff individually inspect each garment and choose the best way to clean it. Because garments have the tendency for wear and tear, we cannot be held responsible for the weaknesses that garments have due to this aspect. Items such as, but not limited to, suede, leather, and fur we are currently not dry cleaning these materials due to the tenancy to weaken over time. Responsibility must also be disclaimed for other aspects of the garments, such as trimmings, buckles, belts, beads, buttons, and sequins. In the dry-cleaning process, we cannot guarantee that the garments will not shrink or change color or lose color. EGLS, LLC will only be liable for up to five times (5x) the cost of cleaning. The maximum compensation for a garment cleaned at the rate of $5.75 (for example) will be $28.75. Articles that are returned to EGLS, LLC for inspection must have all the original tags still attached. Articles without all the original tags will be deemed as no longer acceptable for a claim because it will not be in the same condition as it was when it left our cleaners.
POLICY FOR RE-CLEANING DRY CLEAN ITEMS
EGLS, LLC may re-clean some garments in question that you are not satisfied with. You as the customer must specify which garment or garments need to be re-cleaned. Garments that are being sent in for re-cleaning must have the original tag attached and separated from any other items you may wish to send in. Please place re-cleaning items in a separate marked bag. For each garment that is re-cleaned we will examine the piece to ensure it was not improperly cleaned. False claims for re-cleaning will not be honored and you will be charged for the original cost of cleaning. Items sent in for re-cleaning must be sent back within two (2) days from the day they were delivered. Any items that are indicated to be re-cleaned but sent back after two (2) days will not be honored and you will be charged for the original cost of cleaning. We examine our records and match the re-cleaning item in question with the attached tag to see that the piece in question matches ones that we had previously cleaned. You will be charged for any items sent along with the re-clean garment.
By accepting our terms and entrusting EGLS, LLC with your clothes, you take ownership and responsibility of those items. Any disputes involving other parties’ items being cleaned using EGLS, LLC’s services will be your responsibility, because you will have accepted the ownership of those specified articles.
EGLS, LLC takes great pride in the way we wash your clothes as well as customer service. If you have any preferences in the way EGLS, LLC wash your clothes, you may inform EGLS, LLC of the way you want them to be cleaned. If you have any allergies to certain soaps or chemicals, please inform EGLS, LLC. However, because of previous washing cycles using the machines, EGLS, LLC cannot guarantee that the clothes will not be exposed to the soaps and chemicals you are allergic to. Please note EGLS, LLC will not use products other than plant based, all natural, chemical free laundry products.
EGLS, LLC makes sure to check each individual item here at EGLS, LLC. The Wash & Fold Laundry Service is weighed once, prior to washing. However, EGLS, LLC cannot be held responsible in anyway, including financially, to items that have been left in a customer’s article of clothing. These items include, but are not limited to, cash, jewelry, or credit cards. EGLS, LLC urge you to please check and re-check your garments before handing them over to us in order to avoid the mistake of misplacing your valuables. However, EGLS, LLC will gladly return any items we find in your clothing along with your clean laundry when they are delivered back to you.
USE OF THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS
Essential Green Laundry Services, LLC reserves the right and in its sole discretion, without notice whether advance or thereafter such right has been exercised, to utilize any outside vendor, contractor or other person or business to provide services under this Agreement.
